Leubh Health’s patent technology works seamlessly by integrating robust coding into the hospital’s EMR system. It is designed to take an initial diagnosis test with the support of our qualified professionals. We conduct annual mental health screening tests for eligible chronic patients to benchmark their future tests and develop treatment plans.
By ICD, National and Local Coverage Determinations, the progress is occasionally tracked and monitored by certified physicians. During the program, consecutive tests are taken to review the progress, and the patient’s treatment plan is designed accordingly.
